Our online payment gateway allows users to pay for membership fees, course registrations, training programs, certification fees, event registrations, donations, workshops, seminars, and other services offered by Yogabhyasi Federation of India (Y.F.I.).
All payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment gateway providers. We do not store your debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI credentials on our servers.
Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive a payment confirmation via email, SMS (where applicable), or on-screen confirmation.
If your account is debited but you do not receive confirmation, please contact our support team before attempting another payment.
All fees displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
Payments made towards registrations, memberships, certifications, training programs, workshops, donations, or other services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Refund requests, if applicable, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the management of Yogabhyasi Federation of India (Y.F.I.). Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within the applicable banking timeline.
If your payment fails but the amount has been deducted from your bank account, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank within the prescribed period.
In case of duplicate payments, please contact us with your payment details. After verification, the excess amount, if applicable, will be refunded according to our refund policy.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information while making any payment.
We implement reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your payment information. However, internet transmissions cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Yogabhyasi Federation of India (Y.F.I.) shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access due to factors beyond our reasonable control.
Yogabhyasi Federation of India (Y.F.I.) shall not be responsible for payment failures, delays, interruptions, or technical issues caused by banks, payment gateway providers, internet service providers, or force majeure events.
Our liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the specific transaction.
Your personal information is collected solely for processing payments, providing services, and maintaining transaction records.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with unauthorized third parties except where required by law or for payment processing purposes.
All content, logos, trademarks, course materials, certificates, and website content belong to Yogabhyasi Federation of India (Y.F.I.) and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written permission.
Yogabhyasi Federation of India (Y.F.I.) reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Updated terms will be published on our website and become effective immediately upon publication.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
