1. Refund Policy

At Yogabhyasi Federation of India (Y.F.I.), we strive to provide transparent and reliable services. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted for payments made through our website or authorized payment gateway.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made for the same service or registration.
  • Incorrect payment due to a technical error or system malfunction.
  • Payment successfully deducted but the registration or service was not processed due to a technical issue on our end.
  • Any other situation approved by the management of Yogabhyasi Federation of India (Y.F.I.).

3. Non-Refundable Payments

The following payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise approved by the organization:

  • Membership registration fees.
  • Course or training program fees.
  • Workshop or seminar registration fees.
  • Certification or examination fees.
  • Donations and voluntary contributions.
  • Fees for events, camps, competitions, or special programs.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of the payment date with the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Email Address
  • Transaction ID / Payment Reference Number
  • Date of Payment
  • Reason for Refund Request

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund approval: Within 5–7 working days.
  • Bank/payment gateway processing: 5–10 working days (may vary depending on your bank or payment provider).

6. Cancellation Policy

If a training program, workshop, event, or course is cancelled by Yogabhyasi Federation of India (Y.F.I.), eligible participants may receive a full or partial refund, as determined by the organization.

If a participant chooses to cancel their registration after payment, the refund eligibility will be determined according to the applicable program or event rules.

7. Failed or Pending Transactions

If your payment fails but the amount has been debited from your account, the amount is generally reversed automatically by your bank or payment gateway within their standard processing timeline.

If the amount is not reversed within the expected period, please contact your bank first. You may also contact us with your transaction details for assistance.

8. Right to Reject Refund Requests

Yogabhyasi Federation of India (Y.F.I.) reserves the right to reject any refund request if:

  • The request does not meet the eligibility criteria.
  • Required payment details are not provided.
  • Evidence of misuse, fraud, or policy violation is found.
